What is a service?
A service can be a website, an API, a server or any equipment connected to the Internet that needs to be monitored for availability by our robots.
A service will be a URL or IP address monitored by our services every minute, 24 hours a day, all year round depending only on the configuration that you have made of this service.
What are the authorized payment methods?
We currently accept the following two payment methods: PayPal and Credit Card.
If, however, you wish to make a payment by check or bank transfer, you will need to contact sales support from your manager to find out how to proceed.
What happens when an offer expires?
Once the offer associated with your account expires and without renewal on your part, our robots will automatically make changes to the "discovery" offer.
You will then benefit from the planned rules and the extra services will be disabled, the report history will be reduced and you will no longer be able to add any new services.
By subscribing to an offer again, you will find all your services and settings as well as the history of the reports.
Please note that there is no automatic renewal system for an offer. You will receive several reminders by email before the expiry date to invite you to renew.

We regularly enrich this knowledge base with your feedback so feel free to let us know if an explanation deserves more detail.
If you do not find an answer in the documentation, you can contact us using a ticket system directly from your manager.
Can I change my offer along the way?
The offer you have subscribed to does not meet your needs and you want to change?
Our offer system allows you to change at any time * without waiting for the expiry date. When this change is made, a credit note will be calculated pro rata to the number of days remaining.
*Limited to one change per day if the account does not use the "Discovery" offer before the order is validated.
Do I have to fill in my bank details for the discovered offer?
You can use our solution for free without providing any banking information.
This information will only be requested by one of our service providers at the time of order validation.
