Welcome to Hitflow.net ("Hitflow", "service", "we", "us", "our", "our"). By using our website and associated services, you, the user, agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use"). If you enter into this Agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms and Conditions, in which case the terms "you", "your" or "user" refer to that entity.

Use of services

You expressly understand and agree that we cannot be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of our services.

Any information, decisions or claims you make or make about Hitflow's services will be your sole responsibility. We are not responsible for your use of our services.

In no event shall Hitflow's total liability to you for all damages, losses and causes of action exceed the amount, if any, you paid to access this site.

Security

For security reasons, you must not provide your account login details to any third party under any circumstances. Our support uses tools that do not require you to provide us with your password.

Use of services

By subscribing to and using our services, you accept the operation as presented on our site. We are not required to adapt our services to your internal operating requirements and particularities.

You can try our services free of charge with the discovery offer available without obligation. This test requires the creation of an account by entering your email address and confirming its validity. In the event that an email address is not validated, the account is then suspended one week after registration and permanently deleted within 30 days.

Finally, an account with a discovered offer, whose main user has not logged in in the last thirty days, will have its services automatically deactivated. By connecting, he will be able to benefit again from the advantages of the discovered offer without blocking or losing data (see the data retention rules).

Limitations of liability

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" and we cannot be held responsible, within the framework of the law, for the risks of use.
We give no guarantee as to the availability of the service or the integrity and accuracy of the data collected.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Hitflow and its respective officers, directors, employees and agents, as well as its licensors, partners or subcontractors, harmless from and against any and all claims, complaints, liability, expenses and damages, including attorney's fees, arising out of your actions or omissions, including your use of our services, your online conduct, violation of these Terms and Conditions or transactions with other persons, arising from the use of our services.

Orders and invoices

Creating an account is free, without obligation and gives you automatic access to the features of the "discovery" offer.

If you want more features, you can subscribe to one of the offers we offer. Subscription involves the payment of an order and the publication of an invoice available at any time in your manager in the "Invoices" section.

Offers and payments

We have several offers described in detail on our website hitflow.net in the "Offers" section.
The prices displayed on our various sites are provided for information only. We reserve the right to change the prices of the service and additional connected services at any time.

By subscribing to an offer, you are entitled to benefit from our services for a defined period of time, payable in advance. To date, we do not allow subscriptions for more than one year.

We do not offer automatic renewal of the offer associated with your account.
To avoid any interruption of your services, we will send you several email alerts to the address defined by the account holder.
These alerts will be sent to you in advance to notify you of the upcoming expiry of your services and invite you to renew them if necessary.

Apart from the payment of an offer, we do not add any monthly fees and do not apply any commitment constraints. You can choose not to renew an offer at any time.
On the expiry date of the subscription, if it is not renewed, your account will automatically be switched to the "discovery" offer. The rules of this offer will automatically apply to your account and we will deactivate certain features if necessary.

Discount voucher

A discount voucher system allows you to benefit from a discount on your orders. The main rule for using coupons is that they are limited to one per order.
In addition, when we generate a discount coupon, we can define more properties specific to this coupon:

Change of offer

You can change the offer associated with your account at any time.
In the event that you are not currently with a discovered offer, we determine a credit note for the remaining days that is deducted from the future order. In this way, you immediately benefit from your new advantages without losing the number of days of unused service.
The discount calculation is as follows:

  1. Determine the number of days remaining with the current offer:
    End date of the offer minus the current date
  2. Determine the value of a day's service in euros:
    Offer price per month divided by 30 days
  3. Determine the amount of the reduction:
    Multiply the number of days by the price of a day's service

Note that there can be no discount if you make a change of offer on the day the offer you have subscribed expires.

Cancellation and expiration of an order

A good order that has not yet been paid can be cancelled at any time from the order interface. Note that all purchase orders have a time limit after which they expire. The expiry date is specified in the summary of the order form.
When a payment is made, your order form is transformed into an order.

To receive a refund, please contact us through the contact form or through the support tool available in your Manager. Your message must contain all the information necessary to identify your account and understand the situation leading you to request a refund.

In the event that your refund request is made after the withdrawal period, we will provide you with a response within 30 days of sending your message. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request without providing a reason in the event that the request appears to us to be abusive.

Termination of contract

You can close your updated account at any time. All your data will be deleted after a period of one month. This period allows you to contact us to cancel your cancellation request. After this period, all data that you have provided to us and that have been generated when using our services will be deleted. Data with a legal time limit defined by French law will not be deleted immediately.

Any misuse of the service will result in the termination of your account. We reserve the right to decide what constitutes an abuse of the service.

Assistance

We provide you with a number of resources accessible from our website to enable you to use our services under the best conditions.
If you cannot find the solution using the online help, you can contact the support using the online support tool available from your manager. We will answer your questions as soon as possible.
We do not guarantee the waiting period for the answer we will give you and we are not obliged to solve your problem within the limit where the service performs the actions and has the expected behaviour.
